receding the Masquerade Ball is a truly unique dinner designed specifically for DAMNED III…a formal six-course presentation style dinner of exotic cuisine. Each course will be cordially introduced and detailed by the grand chef as presented by servers while silent lace-blinded servants cater to your personal dinner needs. The final desert course will then be followed by a sensual floor performance that will segue towards the night of masquerade dance.
The dinner is strictly limited to 64 available seats and is advance online reservation only. The dinner also includes the masquerade ball and VIP lounge access throughout the night. Doors will open at 7pm to review the exhibition with seating to begin at 7:15pm and dinner starting promptly at 7:30pm.
THE DINNER MENU
First Course – Tuscan White Bean Soup with Winter Vegetables
Second Course – Michigan Salad, with Mixed Greens, Goat Cheese, Matchstick Granny Smith Apples, Cherries, Egg, Candied Pecans and a Raspberry Vinaigrette
Third Course – Venetian Seafood Risotto “All’onda”
Fourth Course – Pear Port Wine Sorbet
Fifth Course – Roast Pork Loin with a maple-honey rosemary glaze and Sauce Robert, served with Classic Potato Gratin, and Sautéed Haricot Vert, with Garlic and Wild Mushrooms
Sixth Course – Bread Pudding, with a softly whipped cream and a Bourbon Sauce
Menu items may contain eggs, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, dairy products or wheat. Sorry but there are no substitutions.
